This is a re vamp Picture of Cain I did when I was 5 years old in 1993. this picture is over 20 years old
This was a Picture that Hung above my bed for a good long time. Alot of people wanted to change the symbol but Ive gotten nothing but good luck from that symbol from the start. The swastika is a peace & good luck symbol.
i come from Indian ancestory so i have every right to use the symbol. as it was one of the symbols used by native american Indians. as a smbol of hope, welcoming & proparity.
my brother Pat pinned one of the Nazi swastikas to my pillow aside my cheek where my tumor is. when I was living there ( as it was the only swastika we had at the time) he thought that it would bring hope & good fortune during my time living there
noone messed with it but it as it stayed there until I got out. brought me good luck during the whole time there. I survived , made new friends & some of my Surgeries didn't last as long as they told me. & I survived 18 blood transfusions. & the grueling experimental test they wanted to do to me. so I always kinda saw it as a good luck charm.
this picture hung above my bed for some time when i was living at shands. one of the Nurses or someone did take it down & my mom or brother chastised them for it. & they never touched it again. so my bro put it back up above my bed. I still have some of the stuff that was decored my room when i was living there.
the beannie babies I had & the get well cards & the stuffed toys i had.
The Original Picture of this is still hanging up at Shands Hospital Childrens floor. it was still there when I went back in 2013 & it brought back those memories. it hangs In a glass wall sized mural along side other pictures Me, my friends & other Kids who were living at Shands in the 90s did during our fight for survival when living there . Pictures from our Primary days. it has my age Name & year on the picture of course the original one of this is very sloppy as I was only 5 years old. I drew this over 25 years ago.
back then. I put my age name & year on my art. I was almost out of Kindergarten
I always told Cain that I Loved him. He always felt left out because I gave Damien ( his brother) more attention at the time. i always told him thank you after he help me with things.

Looking good. I know the swastika has a history of bringing peace and good luck as a symbol.
I also know it is the "tilted" one which is associated with 1923-1945 Germany
